Renbrook Back to School Information 2023-24

Dear Newly Enrolled Renbrook Families,

We are so excited to welcome you to the Renbrook family. Later in August, you will have access to the myRenbrook Resource Boards. The myRenbrook Parent Resource Board will allow you to access the Family Handbook, Health Services policies and forms, Tuition Management information, and other documents and information that will become available throughout the school year. Once you receive access to the Resource Boards, be sure to bookmark them and visit often. In the meantime, we have created this page so that you can access the forms and information you will need over the early summer months.

Please find the required forms, summer reading, dress code, and classroom supply lists below. Required forms must be returned to Renbrook by Tuesday, August 1, 2023.

We have also provided links to additional health services information as well as a myRenbrook Guide to help you navigate the Resource Boards once access is granted.

Student Emergency Contact & Health Information 2023-24

Required Health Assessments

Physical examinations, including immunizations, are required for every new student entering Renbrook School, as well as all students entering Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Grade 3, and Grade 6. Your physician's office must complete the State of Connecticut Health Assessment Record Health for your child. All doctors have these forms in their offices. Please keep a copy for your records.
